The studio is the most versatile layout — large glazed openings, a bright interior, and a footprint that works as a home office, creative space or extra living room. Built insulated for year-round use, with cladding and glazing specified to the garden.
Year-round home working
A garden office uses the same insulated build as a garden room, laid out for home working: desk runs, extra sockets, good daylight and a door that closes on the house. Compact pods through to larger studio offices, including bespoke layouts.
Gym, yoga, wellness
Keep kit out of the house and give yourself a room that is warm in winter and calm in summer. We plan flooring, power and ventilation around how you actually use the space — from a compact gym to a wellness room with a view of the garden.
Compact offices and snugs
A smaller footprint does not mean a lesser building. Compact rooms still get full insulation, quality glazing and a considered door position — so a tight garden can still gain an office, studio or snug without overwhelming the plot.
Custom sizes and finishes
Corners, slopes, tight side access and listed-adjacent gardens all need a different drawing. We can adjust width, depth, cladding, roof form and glazing so the room belongs to the house and the garden — not a catalogue default.
Family room, playroom, guests
When the house is full, a well-insulated garden room becomes the overflow living room — sofa, storage, and doors that open onto the lawn. Specified for everyday family use, not weekend-only weather.
